From the dynamic world of Business Women Associations, we have the awe inspiring,Dr. Sindiswa Mzamo, who serves as the President of The Circle of Global Business Women, a prestigious organisation committed to empowering and supporting women in business worldwide. With a notable background in leadership and advocacy, Dr. Mzamo is instrumental in building networks, offering mentorship, and leading initiatives that advance gender equality and economic empowerment for women.
The Circle of Global Business Women is an international network of intelligent and innovative women who are authentic in their endeavours to create a leadership shift globally. The organisation champions the advancement of women leaders, encouraging them to break through the glass ceiling across diverse fields. It embodies a female wave of change and serves as a power circle of women leading that change.
This unique organisation was established by African women and women dedicated to Africa, aiming to elevate African women to global forums and markets. Dr. Mzamo’s efforts are centred on creating opportunities for women to succeed in the global business sector and advocating for policies that facilitate women’s progress in various industries. Through her steadfast commitment and visionary approach, Dr. Mzamo significantly contributes to the growth and success of women in the business world, ensuring they are well-equipped to thrive in an ever-evolving and competitive environment. Dr Mzamo is the former FirstRand Executive, former Group COO Edison Power Group, former Treasurer General, Black Business Council, Founder Africa Investment Summit, Group Chair PP Africa Group of Companies, Founder and Global President Circle of Global Business Women.
Tebogo MolapoDirector
Tebogo Molapo is a qualified Chemical Engineer, seasoned entrepreneur, and business development executive with over 15 years’ experience spanning corporate social investment, social research, and retail enterprise. She has successfully led social impact and research programmes for leading mining clients, with a focus on community development, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability. In parallel, she brings over a decade of hands-on experience as a retail business owner, equipping her with deep insight into operational management and customer-centric growth.
A strong advocate for youth entrepreneurship, Tebogo actively mentors emerging business leaders and regularly participates in public engagements to share knowledge, inspire innovation, and foster inclusive economic participation.
Mmakwena NzimandeDirector
Mmakwena Nzimande is a corporate strategist and enterprise development executive with a specialised focus on rural tourism, sustainable development, and cultural placemaking in emerging economies. As Director of PP Africa Global Group of Companies, she oversees strategy and business development for group subsidiaries across tourism, wellness, and hospitality.
She is the founder and managing lead of a renowned rural hospitality property in the Platinum Belt of Limpopo province, and the creator of a wellness and lifestyle brand inspired by indigenous knowledge and natural resource conservation.
Her leadership integrates ESG-aligned practices, destination branding, and inclusive economic growth through local enterprise development, youth training, and creative sector partnerships. Through her work, Mmakwena continues to position rural nodes as viable investment destinations and drivers of sustainable, community-anchored progress. She combines creative strategy with impact-driven execution, earning her recognition for building businesses that are both commercially resilient and socially rooted.
Nondumiso MagubaneDirector
Dedicated educator, facilitator, philanthropist and entrepreneur with a strong foundation in teaching, training, and grassroots development. She holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Zululand and has over a decade of experience in formal education, including leadership roles such as Acting Head of Department.
Currently focused on transformative community upliftment projects through NGOs and training initiatives, with a special emphasis on empowering women and youth in under-resourced areas. A passionate advocate for faith-based development, blending Christian values with practical outreach through leadership roles in various foundations and enterprises. She is also known for her ability to lead with compassion, mentor others, and manage multifaceted projects across education, property, and social development sectors.
